RANDOM INTERNET ALBUM COVER ART

I found this kind of game and decided to play! The objective is to create your own album cover for your fiction band. These are the instructions:


1. Go to Wikipedia and click ‘Random article’ in the left column. The first random Wikipedia article you get is the name of your band.

2. Go to quotationspage.com and click ‘Random Quotes’ in the left column. The last four or five words of the very last quote of the page is the title of your album.

3. Go to Flickr and click ‘Interesting photos from the last 7 days’ on the right side. Third picture, no matter what it is, is your album cover.

 4. Use Photoshop or similar (picnik.com is a free online photo editor) to put it all together.

5. Post your final album cover as a photo reply to this or reblog this post so your friends can join in!

ARMIE HAMMER [GQ Shoot]

Armie Hammer is a 24 year old actor, who played twins Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss on "The Social Network". I have to admit, when I saw that movie, I had no idea that the twins were played by the same person, I thought they were twin actors.

I first saw Armie on season 2 of "Gossip Girl", and really enjoyed his character. I also loved seeing the twins on the Facebook movie, they were the only thing I liked on "The Social Network".

GQ magazine has made a photoshoot with him, for their spring clothing. And also he will play love interest to Leonardo DiCaprio in the upcoming Clint Eastwood-directed film about late FBI boss man J. Edgar Hoover.

MUSIC VIDEO [Ricky Martin - The Best Thing About Me Is You]

I really liked this song when it was premiered a couple months ago, but I think the video is coming a little too late.

"The best thing about me is you" is the first single of the upcoming album by Ricky Martin. It includes the collaboration of singer Joss Stone, which I loved. There is also a Spanish version of the song entitled "Lo mejor de mi vida eres tú".

The music video is kinda cool, it has a bunch of positive messages like Equality. The thing that is missing: Joss Stone.

THE NEW JUDGES

American Idol has new judges on its newest season!

Latin star Jennifer Lopez and legendary rockstar Steven Tyler have already begun their new work for this year: to judge the contestants that are singing on the show to become the new Idol.

I have to admit that never in my dreams I would imagine J Lo sitting next to Steven and working on the same show. What do you think?

The smashing new single of Britney Spears "Hold it against me" debuted yesterday on the US radio stations. On its first day it broke airplay records, it was played more than 600 times in just one day! The previous record was set by Mariah Carey and "Touch my body".

Today at 00:00 the single was made available for purchase exclusively on the iTunes store. The reaction was huge! It went straight to #1 during its first day on the iTunes store of 16 countries including the US, Canada, France, Italy, Spain, Mexico, Australia, and New Zeland.

Fans are loving it. Critics are loving it. It's such a good start for her and her new music, and I couldn't been more pleased.

MUSIC VIDEO [Kerli - Army Of Love]

Kerli is an Estonian artist. Her song Tea Party, included on the sountrack of Alice in Wonderland last year, is really good.

Her latest single is Army Of Love which will be part of her second album still unreleased.

Britney Spears' new single called "Hold It Against Me" will be release next Tuesday (that's 01.11.11).

ADAM LEVINE [Cosmopolitan Shoot]

Adam Levine, vocalist of Maroon 5, has made a special photoshoot for Cosmopolitan magazine and appears on the February issue.

In the photos, he poses nude with a female pair of hands covering his private parts. The reason of the shoot is to create awareness of testicular and prostate cancer, and encourage men to make regular testing.
