Proud to present for the very first time on my blog a videoclip from GaGa. I absolutely admire her work, and this video is great!
It was directed by Francis Lawrence and it's the first single of her new album called Monster that will hit the stores on November 23th. Actually it is gonna be an EP and will contain 8 songs. There is gonna be a special edition called The Fame Monster that will include her complete first album as well as the Monster EP. Can't wait to have it on my hands!
Also she is gonna start The Monter Ball Tour later this month, I know it will be epic.
The famous Video Music Awards of Mtv returned this year to the Radio City Music Hall of New York City (in '08 they were at the Paramount Studios in Culver City and in '07 at the Palms in Las Vegas). Starting with a tribute to the king of Pop, Michael Jackson, the event was full of stars and memorable moments.
The show began with Madonna and her speech about Michael Jackson, followed by a tribute performance with songs of the king of Pop, including one with Janet Jackson. The host of the event was the british Russel Brand, who hosted last year show.
The awkward moment of the show came only minutes after the opening, when Taylor Swift won Best Female Video against Beyoncé. At this time she was starting saying the thank yous when suddenly Kanye West get up on stage, grab her microphone and said: "But Beyoncé should win Best Video of All the Times". Poor Taylor went speechless and when Kanye returned her the microphone, she was inmutated and didn´t said anything. At the end, Single Ladies of Beyoncé win Video of the Year and she called Taylor so she could have her moment, and finish saying the Thank yous.
The winner of Best Pop Video was Britney Spears and Womanizer, she wasn't at the event but recorded a video to thank for the award. Poker Face of Lady GaGa win in Best New Artist, she get up on the stage with a red dress that was literally from head to toes, and included a red crown.
The performers of the night was Pink, Lady Gaga, Beyoncé, Jay-Z with Alicia Keys and Green Day. My favorite performance was definitely Lady Gaga, it was so good to hear her singing live Paparazzi with that dramatic tragedy.
And LOL to Shakira who was wearing exactly the same dress as Pink!
Hil is such a beauty. She was filming scenes for the next season of Gossip Girl in New York, went to one of Britney Spears shows in the Madison Square Garden, and also does this photoshoot for In Style magazine. It's quite simple, but I love it. Her facial expression tells a lot. Such a nice girl! Good work Hilary.
Madonna has just finished her Sticky & Sweet Tour this week. The tour became the highest grossing tour by a single artist in history. Now with 51 years and almost 3 decades in the music business, she's releasing a new Greatest hits album called Celebration. The first single of the same name is available in digital stores and in radios. Music video for Celebration was filmed in Europe last month and two different versions will be available. The first one with Madonna and the second one without her. This is the commercial of the album:
This is the first time I write about Hilary Duff, she is such a good girl, and I really like her. In the last weeks she has been shooting scenes for the new season of Gossip Girl, which premieres on September.
As fans of the series know, in the third season the characters will attend collage (in the last episode of season 2 they graduated from high school). And some invited actors will appear on special episodes including Hilary.
In the last days, photos of Hilary on the set revealed she is looking great and the shock is that there are photos of her character, Olivia, kissing Dan Humpfrey. Wow! I wasn't expecting that. Check for yourselves:
This is Lily Allen with a blonde wig in the cover of Elle magazine, I think blonde doesn't match with her personality, and that wig is awkward. In other pictures, she has black hair and looks better, also you can admire her wrist tattoos. She is such a crazy and rebel british girl and that's what the photos represent, I think.
Good Girls Go Bad is the first single of this group that is called Cobra Starship. I think their style is good and I like how this song sounds, but my favorite thing of the song is when Leighton Meester sings.
Leighton Meester is the actress that interprets Blair Waldorf in the series Goosip Girl (I love that show) and she is doing great, I read that she plans on releasing an album. Leighton is really charismatic and adds a especial touch on the video. Hope you enjoy it!
The annual Mtv Video Music Awards are comming this September, and Katy Perry did some promotionals for the event. The pictures show the combination of New York City, which is the city hosting this year's awards, and Katy's colored look. Also she poses with the Moonman wich is the trophy of the Mtv Awards.
I have a feeling that Lady GaGa is gonna be the winner of this year, she is nominated in 9 categories, and so is Beyoncé. The third most nominated is Britney Spears with 7 nominations.
And Katy Perry? She's not gonna win a Moonman I think, but at least she is the official gardener of the event:

German euro-dance group Cascada become famous with their single Everytime we touch. Now, almost 4 years later, they are releasing their 3rd. album Evacuate the dancefloor. Its first single has the same name and is an awesome song, that is doing great.
With this new music, Cascada experiments different sounds. You can hear it when you listen to Evacuate the dancefloor that has a fresh sound that reminds Lady GaGa. However it´s so cool, that you have to watch the video:
This is the first post of FlashBack! In this section there will be videos from several years ago that I like. This time is a video from Panic! at the Disco and the song Lying is the most fun a girl can have without taking off her clothes. I know the name of the song is soooo long, but I love how it sounds.
In the video, which is from 2006, all the people have a fishtank on her head, and that's what makes me like it. Also the story in this video is kind of strange, if you haven't see it before, this is your opportunity.
Lady GaGa keeps on making weird photos. This time for Out magazine. The concept is a little freak, like if she's getting ready for Halloween! She appears in a cemetery, as a vampire, naked with an eskeleton, and with chains.
I wanted to post this video last week, but for some reasons I forgot.
I couldn't believe it when I watched this performance on TV, it was amazing! Faby Rodas totally deserve the first place in this program Desafío de Estrellas of Azteca Television. She did so great singing Con te partiró/ Por ti volaré, a song from Andrea Bocelli in both italian and spanish. She sang it and the whole audience was so excited! Minutes later the winner was announced and Fabiola's name was said. Definitely it was an epic performance, and I wanted to share it, because it's so good. At only 16, Faby has prove that she is a real artist.
